“MASS RESTARTS – BUT NOT AS YOU HAVE KNOWN IT”. Mass is most weekdays as well as Sundays – see “Times” page.
To come to Mass at church you must: (1) agree to follow all the rules in order to keep everyone safe (2) agree to self isolate for 14 days if ANYONE at Mass that day develops COVID symptoms within 3 days of attending Mass. The information sheet you need to read before coming to Mass is on the “Notices-Events page” OR “Home Worship” page. It explains how Mass will function under COVID regulations – with photos. “Love of neighbour” in action is following the government’s guidance to prevent the spread of COVID-19 – “mask, sanitise and space (2m social distancing at all times)”.
LIVE STREAMED MASS by Fr Antony most days from church via FaceBook – see “Times” page for details – for those unable to get to Mass in person.
We are a Roman Catholic Church located on Beverley Road in Kingston upon Hull. We are just near the start of the dual carriageway, when heading out of the city centre, in the centre of “The Village” Hull University Student Accommodation buildings. We are a friendly welcoming church with about 200 on average on Sundays; squeezing in 405 for First Communion Sunday was a real challenge but we managed it. We have a number of active groups and good fellowship.
Parking is available on Beverley Road (please do not obstruct driveways of neighbouring houses) and sometimes the car park linked to The Village Student Accommodation is available – turn into driveway (which runs between the 2 blocks of buildings) and immediately turn right into the fenced off area.
For those with a disability parking at the door of the church is possible, but this fills up quickly as space is very limited.
